The Clnfuel Creatine gummies are a vital part in both my performance and recovery. They are gentle on my tummy and I notice a huge difference in fatigue when I dont have them.
I’ve never taken Creatine before but have heard about all the benefits of doing so. I already consume protein shakes so liked the idea of a Creatine gummy instead of powder.

Sooo good! I mix between powder and gummies. I have the gummies on days I just can’t be bothered with the powder. Berries so yummy & much tastier than powder!
